August 21st was the last Raft Up/Beach Party of the year. We definitely saved the best for last. It was at this raft up that we made our 60 second video to enter into the “MOTM 2010 Gypsies in the Palace Margaritaville Video contest.” We made our sand castle/palace and we had about 30 gypsies were in our conga line. We even threw Bubba (AKA: Larry Beggs) in the pool – that would be the big pool known as the Gulf of Mexico!

This years contest will raise money for the Cancer Foundation of the Florida Keys. Second prize is a Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker and a gift basket of goodies. What amazing raffle prizes these would make! The winners will be announced at this year’s MOTM. We won the hat contest three years in a row, now let’s go out and win this one too!
